The categories of ex-service personnel and their dependents to whom "Ex-Serviceman Identity Cards” shall be issued by the respective RSBs / ZSBs:

1. Ex-servicemen (Officers).
2. Ex-servicemen (PBOR).
3. War Widows.
4. War Disabled.
5. Widows of Ex-servicemen.
